THREAT: ACCORDING TO THE DOCUMENTATION PASTOR JACK HIBBS PRESENTED: CHILDREN ARE VULNERABLE TO ANY STRANGER AND PEDOFILES PICKING THEM UP AND HAVING LEGAL AND MEDCAL RIGHTS OVER CHILDREN. IT WOULD SEEM DOCUMENTATION HAS A SINISTER DOUBLE PURPOSE.
